Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Calcubench ("the app") is an engineering unit converter and calculator suite built by an independent developer. This policy explains what data the app collects — and, mostly, what it doesn't.
No personal data collection
Calcubench does not require an account, does not collect your name, email, location, or any other personal information, and does not include analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
Every conversion, calculation, and saved preference (such as your chosen units, decimal places, theme, and language) is stored only locally on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
Custom materials and fluids
If you add a custom material or fluid, that data is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded or shared.
In-app purchases
The optional Pro unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). Calcubench never sees or stores your payment information — Apple handles billing according to its own privacy policy.
Third parties
Calcubench does not share data with third parties, because it does not collect any to share.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version adds a feature that requires network access — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect that change.
